MusicIP Plugin Replacement
Purpose
This is a modified copy of the SqueezeCenter official MusicIP plugin (for historical reasons the folder is called MusicMagic). It has been modified to prevent SqueezeCenter tag information being replaced/corrupted by MusicIP, also making it possible to extract the mixable status from MusicIP more efficiently (provides much faster SqueezeCenter scans/rescans).
Replace server/slim/Plugin/MusicMagic with the content within the zip file.
Restart SqueezeCenter.
The plugin provides a new setting “Read Song Data”. If ticked, the plugin will work how it used to.
When “Read Song Data” is unticked, the plugin will not fetch and overwrite tag data within SqueezeCenter with the song data that is within MusicIP. The scanner will instead only ask MusicIP whether each song is mixable.
